Warranty

IMPORTANT: THIS PARTS ORDER AND INVOICE ("ORDER") CONSISTS OF THE TERMS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON HERE.

("Warranty") Which are fully incorporated herein by this reference. By completing this order, the customer accepts the terms of this order.

The only warranty applying to the parts is that offered by the manufacturer. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from seller any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or income, or any other incidental damages.

The customer acknowledges that upon request, they are able to print out the warranty from www.excelheavyduty.com prior to completing the order. The customer's acceptance of this order is limited to the completion of the order as required below, and no contract or agreement for the goods of and described herein ("Parts") will be formed except parts pursuant to and as permitted by this order.

This order represents the entire and integrated agreement between the Customer and Dealer regarding the purchase and sale the Parts and cancels and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either oral or written. Additional or substitute terms will not become part of this Order unless accepted in a writing signed by a corporate officer or authorized manager of Dealer.

Authority: The person(s) signing this order for, or on behalf of Customer hereby represent that they have full authority to bind the customer to this order.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, parts and merchandise are not able to be returned without approval. A 20% handling charge + freight are subject to returned goods.

Absolutely no refunds on special ordered parts, electrical components, damaged parts, or parts that have been installed. To return items, a sales slip must be represented.
